Message frequency varies — typically 2 to 10 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information shared with our SMS service provider (Twilio) is used only to deliver messages you have requested and is never resold.

5. Service providers

We use a small set of trusted vendors that process information only on BitBuild's behalf to operate the site and follow up on inquiries you initiate, including Twilio (SMS delivery), HubSpot and Apollo (inquiry and contact record management for BitBuild follow-up), and our hosting provider Netlify / DigitalOcean. These providers act as our processors under contractual confidentiality obligations. They do not use your information for their own marketing. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
