1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using bitbuild.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Consent to receive SMS messages from BitBuild is separate from accepting these Terms. SMS consent is granted only when you check the unchecked consent checkbox on our Start building page or verbally agree to receive a text during a BitBuild phone call. Using the site or agreeing to these Terms does not by itself opt you in to SMS.

2. About BitBuild

BitBuild is a Silicon Slopes engineering firm that embeds named AI-native engineers with client teams. We are based in Utah, USA. The site, its content, and our services help prospective and current clients evaluate and engage an engineer.

3. SMS messaging program

Program name: BitBuild Customer Care.

Description: Messages are sent by BitBuild (bitbuild.com) through BitBuild's customer-care messaging application on Twilio to prospective and current BitBuild clients who explicitly opt in about a software project or support need. This low-volume campaign sends inquiry confirmations, appointment and meeting reminders, project status updates, and team replies after the recipient requested contact. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program. Recipients opt in at https://www.bitbuild.com/start-building, by verbal consent during a BitBuild phone call, or by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to (801) 899-0550. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.

How to opt in: On bitbuild.com/start-building, submit your mobile number and message through the “Text us directly” form and check the required consent checkbox (unchecked by default) that states you agree to receive SMS messages from BitBuild about your inquiry, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS is sent only after you submit with that box checked. Alternatively, during a BitBuild phone call you may verbally agree to receive a text recap before any SMS is sent. You may also text START, YES, or UNSTOP to (801) 899-0550 to opt in by keyword. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.

Message frequency: Messages are sent in response to your inquiry on a low-volume basis. Frequency varies, but most users receive between 2 and 10 messages per inquiry.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. BitBuild does not charge a fee for messages, but your wireless carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt out: You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and will not send you any additional messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or our messaging services to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful code or attempt to disrupt the site; or (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on bitbuild.com — including the BitBuild name, logo, copy, graphics, and design — is owned by BitBuild or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. BitBuild makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site. Engagements for software services are governed by separate written agreements between BitBuild and each client.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitBuild will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or the SMS messaging program.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
