By accessing bitbuild.com, submitting a contact form, or opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our messaging services.

2. About BitBuild

BitBuild is a custom software development and AI consulting firm based in Utah, USA. The site, its content, and our services are provided to help prospective and current clients evaluate, scope, and engage our team.

3. SMS messaging program

Program name: BitBuild Customer Care.

Description: A two-way conversational SMS program for visitors who request a text from BitBuild via bitbuild.com. We use it to confirm your request, schedule meetings, exchange project details, and follow up after conversations.

How to opt in: Submit your mobile number through the “Text us” form on bitbuild.com and confirm consent on the form. You will receive a confirmation text from BitBuild.

Message frequency: Messages are sent on a recurring, conversational basis in response to your inquiry. Frequency varies, but most users receive between 2 and 10 messages per inquiry.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. BitBuild does not charge a fee for messages, but your wireless carrier's standard rates apply.

Support: For help, reply HELP to any message, email info@bitbuild.com, or call (888) 525-4060.

Opt out: You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and will not send you any additional messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or our messaging services to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful code or attempt to disrupt the site; or (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on bitbuild.com — including the BitBuild name, logo, copy, graphics, and design — is owned by BitBuild or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. BitBuild makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site. Engagements for software services are governed by separate written agreements between BitBuild and each client.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitBuild will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or the SMS messaging program.
